Community Impact on Game Development – Friday, August 29th at 12:00pm in the Sphinx Theatre

Gamers will discover their integral part in video game development, and developers will learn how to harness the power of their communities to make better games! Industry veterans at Double Fine (Costume Quest/Broken Age), The Behemoth (Castle Crashers/BattleBlock Theater), Klei Entertainment (Don’t Starve/Mark of the Ninja), Lantana Games (Children of Liberty) and Harmonix (Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved/Amplitude) reveal how their players impact their development process.

Why Gaming with a Disability Should Matter to You – Saturday, August 30th at 5:30pm in the Wombat Theater

The AbleGamers Foundation, also known as AbleGamers Charity, is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit public charity that aims to improve the overall quality of life for those with disabilities through the power of video games. Join them and other guests to hear personal stories about this issue.
